After warmup, all @ :20 rest...
1 x 600 - 50 offside breathing free drill, 50 choice backstroke drill, 50 swim backstroke
1 x 500 - odd 100's swim free br 4/2, even 100's drill/swim breaststroke by 25's
1 x 400 - 100 kick choice, 100 2 breast-2 fly drill/choice fly drill by 25's
1 x 300 - 50 drill, 50 swim - all choice, same stroke for entire 300
1 x 200 - kick, odd 50's choice, even 50's fly kick on side
1 x 100 - easy choice skulling
12 x 75 swim backstroke @ 1:15 (1:10 if you'd prefer) - good breakouts, let hips control the stroke
1 x 400 pull free w/snorkel
1:00 rest - check HR
From the middle of the pool, work on turns
