TB & MS - start right at 5:30 a.m.
Great job with yesterday's workout!
400 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is 75 drill/kick/drill then 25 choice breast drill
1:00 rest
9 x 200 @ :20 rest as follows:
1- 50 ra2 la2 free drill, 50 breast drill on back
2- 75 drill/swim/drill, then 25 fly kick on side
3- 100 IM drill, 100 IM swim, desc the swim 1-3
12 x 50 pull free br 3/7 by 25's or w/snorkel
1:00 rest - check HR immediately & OML
From the middle of the pool, work on turns until 6:30
Finish up with: ten minutes of drilling on something of your choice
