Talk about butterfly breathing- on deck
Review butterfly drills, then put fins on
Go through at least two butterfly breathing drills, preferable one that focuses on breathing ("sneak-it-in" breathing drill) and one other drill of your choice

After 20 minutes or so, take off fins and go some breaststroke drills:
- breast pull with free kick
- 2 dolphin kicks 1 pull breaststroke
- 2 breaststroke kicks 1 pull breaststroke
If there is time...
Breaststroke kick on back
