After warmup...
1 x 600 - 50 choice free drill, 50 choice drill NO FREE, 50 choice kick - FAST breakout on 2nd 25 kick, then build that 25 to about 80-85%

odds @ 1:40- 50 choice drill, 50 choice kick - easy kick, good breakouts
evens @ 1:30 swim free, 3rd 25 NO FREE
6 x 75 swim free br 4/2 on 2nd 25 @ 1:10
6 x 25 @ :45 - 1/2 FAST 1/2 drill - odds are swim, evens are kick
1:00 rest
4 x 25 from a dive - drill back easy (4 x 50 total)
200 easy drill = 3200 scy
