400 swim free
400 reverse IM - 50 drill IM order, 25 fly kick on side, 25 breast kick on back
2 x 300 @ :20 rest - do these just as you did yesterday
6 x 100 @ 1:40 - 50 choice drill (free drill on odd 100's), 50 choice kick, desc the 50 kick 1-3 & 4-6
Check HR after last 100
50 x 50 @ :50 as follows (5 sets of 10):
1-3: swim free w/juicy 6 beat kick on 2nd 25 - NOT fast on 2nd 25, just 6 beat kick
4-5: kick ez/FAST by 25's
6-8: swim backstroke w/great breakouts
9-10: kick 4 x 25 FAST @ :40
No rest between sets of 10 x 50
200 easy drill after last set of 4 x 25's kick = 4700 scy.
Try to stretch tonight & use the heating pad; keep eating well and drinking plenty of water. Have a great day!
