400 reverse IM - each 100 is 25 breast kick on back, 50 drill, 25 swim

1 x 400 - 50 catchup free drill, 50 choice breaststroke drill

8 x 50 pull @ :50 - br 3/7 by 25's or w/snorkel
1 x 300 - 50 choice backstroke drill, 25 swim breaststroke build to FAST
8 x 75 @ 1:20 - 50 pull br 3/7 by 25's or w/snorkel, 25 breaststroke pull
2 sets of -
9 x 50 as follows:
1-3 choice breaststroke drill/fly kick on side by 25's @ 1:00
4-6: swim desc 1-3 @ 1:00 - #3 should be juicy
7-9: swim/kick by 25's breaststroke (choice in 2nd set) @ :50
1:00 rest
With fins, finish up with...
16 x 25 @ :40
2- 1/2 FAST 1/2 drill
2- swim build to FAST
