12 x 50 swim @ :55 - every 3rd 50 is 25 NO FREE build to FAST, 25 free
1 x 300 pull free br 3/5/7 by 50's
1:00 rest - check HR
4 x 50 drill/swim dist per stroke by 25's @ 1:00
