4 x 75 swim free br 3 @ 1:00- BIG 6 beat kick on 2nd 25
1 x 200 @ 3:15 kick on back negative split, concentrate on explosive breakouts
2 x 75 swim IM (NO FREE) @ 1:20, descend 1-2 to what you can
1 x 300 @ 5:00- 100 swim back, 100 breaststroke drill/swim by 25's, 100 breast kick (choice, on back or with board)
6 x 75 swim free br 3 @ :55- BIG 6 beat kick on 2nd 25
1 x 200 @ 3:15 kick on back BIGGER negative split, same explosive breakouts
2 x 75 swim IM (NO FREE) @ 1:20, descend 1-2 to faster than 1st 2 x 75's IM
1 x 300 @ 5:00- 100 breaststroke drill/swim by 25's, 50 choice kick neg split with board- 2x
4 x 75 swim free br 3 @ :50 (@ :52 if necessary)
1 x 200 @ 3:15- kick free on back with BIGGEST neg split of the day
3 x 75 @ 1:30 swim IM (NO FREE) desc 1-3 to all out FAST for time- #3 should be juicy, can you go under :50? Under :49??
