SMAC- Silver
The usual 300/200 warmup, then...
Freestyle drilling, working on head position
Breaststroke drilling, again working on head position
Kicking- with boards:
6 x 75 @ 2:00-
50 kick free easy/FAST by 25's with boards, 25 breast pull w/free kick
16 x 50 as follows:
1&2- swim neg split free br 3/5 by 25's @ 1:05
3- swim free/breast by 25's with perfect breaststroke pullout @ 1:20
4- swim/kick on back breaststroke by 25's @ 1:20
No rest between sets of 4, check HR after #16
100 drill before you get out.
Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & remember to bring in your Report Card so I can see how you're doing in school. Also, be sure to give your parents that handout about the meet warmup on Saturday (now at 11:45 a.m.!). Have a great day!
