BH- written for scy
With fins, 4 sets of:
6 x 25 @ :35 in 2 sets of 4 as follows...
1- jungle sprint
2- swim build to FAST
3- all FAST, get time & add these 2 x 25's together (same stroke by set)
After #6, go immediately into...
1 x 50 drill
:30 rest
1 x 50 @ 1:00- 25 swim all out FAST, 25 LUNGBUSTER- get time, how close can you come to your 2 x 25's add-up time??
No rest between sets.
