SMAC- Silver

After the usual 300/200 warmup, we'll get into some FAST kicking.
The Bronze Group's "Mini-Meet" will be tonight, so things will be chaotic after 6:30...
I'll give everybody a backstroke set to work on, then I'll split everybody up to work on either backstroke or breaststroke turns (and pullouts!) at opposite end of the pool.
