2 x 400 @ 5:15- swim free br 3 with moderate negative split
1 x 450 @ 5:15- swim free br 3, strong neg split on each 150
2 x 300 @ 5:00 kick on back with strong breakouts & moderate negative split
9 x 50 kick with boards, 2 @ :55, 1 @ :45
