4 sets of:
8 x 25 @ :35
odds- kick FAST on back with explosive underwater dolphin kick to the breakout
evens- breaststroke pull w/freestyle kick
1 x 150 swim strong negative split free br 3 @ 1:50
3 x 50 swim back/breast by 25's @ :45 (@ :55 in 2nd set; @ 1:05 in 3rd set- desc 2nd & 3rd sets to something FAST)
1 x 250 pull free w/snorkel @ 3:00- you might have to hustle to make this, but it isn't unreasonable; roll your hips evenly, finish each stroke & keep your head still AND in a good spot. Descend the 250 1-4 if you can...
No rest between sets, check HR immediately after 4th set & OML
