2 x 25 @ :35 swim in M-R-S, build to FAST
No rest between sets, 1:00 rest after 3rd set, check HR. Then...
TENNIS BALL SPRINTS
Finish up with...
1 x 600 pull free w/snorkel (or br 3/5/7 by 75's)
1 x 600 kick- 10 yard breakouts throughout, breaststroke kick every 4th 50 with board
