3 sets of (middle set can be with boards):
1 x 150 @ 2:15- 100 swim choice neg split, 50 kick
1 x 150 @ 2:15- 50 swim choice neg split, 100 kick
1 x 150 @ 2:15- all kick, you might have to hustle here, but this is doable
4 x 50 swim/kick choice by 25's @ :45
:15 extra rest...
1 x 200 kick FAST for time @ 3:00
No rest between sets, check HR immediately & OML after 3rd set
