RW - real moderate to start

400 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/swim/drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest
2 sets of:
4 x 50 fist free drill @ 1:00
4 x 25 kick @ :45 - 1/2 FAST 1/2 easy
4 x 50 choice free drill 1:00
4 x 25 @ :45 kick - build to FAST finish
1 x 300 pull free br 4 on even 100's
1:00 rest between sets
200 easy drill after 2nd set = 2800 scy.
