6 x 50 choice drill NO FREE @ :10 rest
4 x 75 swim/kick/swim @ 1:15 - same stroke as drilled on 50's above
4 x 75 kick/swim/kick @ 1:15 - same stroke as above
8 x 25 @ :40 -
odds are 1/2 kick FAST 1/2 easy kick
evens are choice - can be same as odds, jungle sprints, swim dps or drill
