EC - very sharp this morning

After warmup...
3 x 200 @ :10 rest - d/s/d/k by 50's - 1 x 200 free, 1 x 200 NO FREE, 1 x 200 IM
3 sets of:
6 x 25 @ :40 - 1/2 FAST 1/2 drill
200 kick choice - 100 moderate, 100 strong
:30 rest
6 x 25 @ :40 swim build to FAST finish
200 kick choice - 100 moderate, 100 strong
:30 rest
6 x 25 @ :40 swim FAST
200 kick choice - 100 moderate, 100 strong
:30 rest between sets.
Finish up with...
3 x 800 pull desc 1-3 @ :20 rest
1- moderate w/snorkel, paddles & buoy
2- strong w/buoy only br 4/2 on even 50's
3- faster than #2 w/snorkel & buoy only
200 easy drill = 7350 scy
