2 x 75 swim free br 4/2 on 2nd 25 @ 1:10 - can mix these up if you'd like
1** x 100 swim free @ 1:10 - br 4/2 on 3rd 25
**Add a single 100 in each round (2 x 75/2 x 100, then 2 x 75/3 x 100, etc...)
Get your HR after you stop
Easy 200 drill after you get your HR.
Stretch tonight before AND after your DL's. Speedset tomorrow morning. Have a great day!
