6 x 50 drill/swim odds free, evens NO FREE
No rest between sets. After 2nd set...
6 x 50 @ :50 swim/kick odds free, evens NO FREE
2 x 125 swim free desc 1-2 to moderate @ :10 rest
1:00 rest, check HR
6 x 75 @ 1:30 kick desc 1-3/4-6 to something juicy, add #3 & 6 together
1 x 450 pull choice equipment - br 4/2 every 3rd 50
1:00 rest
4 sets of:
6 x 25 @ :40 - odds kick build to FAST, evens jungle sprint (swim)
3 x 50 kick FAST @ :10 rest, add 3 x 50 together - can you be faster than 2 x 75's addup?
1:00 rest between sets.
Finish up with...
8 x 100 @ 1:30 as follows:
odds- drill/swim dps by 25's - 50 free, 50 NO FREE
evens- pull free or swim back
200 easy drill = 6050 scy.
