4 x 75 @ :10 rest - 50 choice drill, 25 fly kick on side
4 x 75 @ :10 rest - 50 choice different drill, 25 different kick
4 x 75 @ 1:10 - 50 swim free/NO FREE, 25 kick
2 x 300 @ 4:15 - 50 swim choice - not all free - 50 kick
3 x 100 @ 1:15 swim free, except 3rd 25 is kick, br 4/2 on 2nd 25
8 x 25 @ :40 - 1/2 kick FAST, 1/2 kick easy
6 x 100 swim/kick by 50's @ 1:40 desc 1-3/4-6 to what you can, #3 & 6 should be juicy!
1:00 rest, check HR
