Quick talk about long course training and goals/expectations
After the usual 300/200 warmup...
Breaststroke drilling (25's & 75's), then...
4 sets of:
2 x 50 breaststroke drill (different each set) @ 1:20
2 x 50 swim breaststroke desc 1-2 @ 1:20
1 x 100 kick FAST @ 2:00
1 x 100 swim neg split free br 3 @ 1:40
No rest between sets, check HR after 100 swim free
Finish up with kicking....
You all can help pick the set!
