BH- written for scy
With snorkel...
1 x 450 swim free @ 6:00
1 x 500 swim free @ 6:00
1 x 450 swim free @ 6:00, descend the 3 x 150's to what you can; can you get under 1:40 on the 3rd 150?
Take snorkel off....
1 x 450 swim backstroke @ 6:15
1 x 500 swim backstroke @ 6:15 (@ 6:30 if necessary)
1 x 450 swim backstroke @ 6:15, descend the 3 x 150's to what you can; can you get under 1:50 on the 3rd 150? Under 1:45?!?
Finish up with....
3 sets of:
2 x 50 kick negative split @ :55
1 x 150 kick FAST @ 2:10
No rest between sets.
Approximately 49 minutes, 3550 scy
