SMAC- Silver
After the usual 300/200 warmup...
200 kick choice on back with 5 FAST underwater dolphin kicks off of each wall.
1:00 rest
Talk about breaststroke drill- 2 kicks & a breath with a board
* x 50 @ 1:30- 2 drill, 2 kick negative split
Then...
4 sets of:
3 x 50 swim breaststroke descend 1-3 @ 1:30
1 x 100 swim/kick choice @ 2:00
No rest between sets.
Finish up with...
8 x 50 kick FAST @ 1:30- odds are breaststroke, evens are choice
100 easy drill before you get out.
