3 sets of:
6 x 25 @ :10 rest, odds are choice free drill, evens are choice skulling
4 x 100 @ :10 rest, 50 breast kick on back, 50 choice drill NO FREE
2 x 150 @ 2:30 swim dps - 75 free, 75 NO FREE - count strokes on each 25, desc that # 1-3 within each 75
:30 rest between sets.
Check HR after 3rd set, then...
18 x 50 pull free w/choice equipment, 2 @ :50, 1 @ :40
1:00 rest, check HR again
With fins:
16 x 25 breaststroke tempo drill @ :40
200 easy drill = 5050 scy
