After 3000 warmup...
6 sets of:
3 x 75 swim descend 1-3 to all out FAST @ 1:40
3 x 25 @ :40 swim all out FAST - add up last 75 and 3 x 25's for 150 total
After even sets...
BROKEN 150: 3 x 50 swim FAST @ :10 rest- how close can you come to your add-up 150's?
Warmdown at least a 400 after last set.
