After warmup...
2 sets of:
4 x 50 choice breaststroke drill @ :10 rest
2 x 175 @ :10 rest as follows:
50 offside breathing free drill
50 choice breaststroke - can be drill, drill/swim, all swim - your choice
75 kick IM order by 25's, NO FREE
6 x 50 @ :50 (@ :45 in 2nd set)
odds- swim breast/free by 25's
evens- swim/kick choice by 25's
:30 rest between sets, check HR after each set
After 2nd set...
1 x 300 - 50 swim/drill - build to FAST turn, then 50 choice skulling
1:00 rest, check HR again
SPEEDSET
Warmdown until you feel loose
