EC - great job yesterday!
After warmup...
2 sets of:
4 x 50 @ :10 rest offside breathing drill
6 x 75 @ :10 rest- 25 breast kick on back, 50 choice drill
3 x 150 @ :10 rest, 50 choice drill, 100 swim IM
No rest between sets, after 2nd set, check HR immediately & OML
SPEEDSET
Warmdown with your choice of:
18 x 50 @ :50
2- swim NO FREE/free by 25's, 1 swim/kick choice
OR...
3 x 300 @ :20 rest
1&2- pull with different equipment
3- 75 drill/25 kick
100 easy = 5000 scy.
Stretch today if you can, drink lots of water and try to get a nap. See you this afternoon between 12:45 & 1:00 p.m. Have a great day!
