SMAC- Bronze I with MG
Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before they get in
Warmup with 2 sets of:
2 x 25 drill @ :10 rest- 1 ra2 la2 free, 1 6 kicks 1 stroke back
1 x 50 kick on back- good underwater dolphin kick, 2nd 25 faster than the first 25
After 2nd set...
Review fist free drill- "fingers cover your thumbs," pull fist back towards shoulders
4 x 25 fist free drill breathing every three strokes
Talk about breaststroke kick- work on deck with kickboards
Breast kick with boards- 6 x 25, maybe some on their back???
"Race" 4 x 25 kick FAST free w/boards- toes pointed, feet stay close together & move as FAST as they can!
Review breast pull w/free kick
- your choice of with fins or without; if using fins, see if you can work in some 25's fly kick on side
