Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kicks before getting in
Review freestyle ("rotary") breathing before getting in
6 x 25 @ :10 rest- odds are catchup free drill, even 25's are choice

Review "ra2 la2 free" drill- roll head to breathe, not "lift" to breathe
4 x 25 ra2 la2 free drill
Review "6 kicks 1 stroke back" drill- head flat & still, shoulder by cheek for 6 kicks, then roll hips & take a stroke
4 x 25 6 kicks 1 stroke back drill
With boards on deck- review breaststroke kick: "up, out, around"
4 x 25 breast kick w/boards
4 x 25 breast kick on back- "drop feet down, out & around"
Kicking relay???
Do an excellent job on your HW tonight, review the breaststroke kick in front of the mirror at home- 50 kicks with each leg, every night. Have a great day!
