Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before getting in!
Warmup with 6 x 25 @ :10 rest
odds- ra2 la2 free drill
evens- double arm back drill
Talk about 6 kicks 1 pull backstroke drill- head stays flat, shoulder to cheek, six firm, FAST kicks, then take a stroke & repeat
6 x 25 - 6 kicks 1 pull back drill
Talk about breaststroke kick- up, out & around
With boards- 12 x 25 kick, 2 breaststroke kick, 1 choice kick FAST
Talk about breaststroke pull before you finish, hopefully get in 6 x 25 breast pull with free kick
