SMAC- Bronze I with MG
Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before they get in.
Warmup with 6 x 25 @ :10 rest-
odds- catchup free drill
evens- double arm backstroke drill (thumbs out, pinkies in)
Review breaststroke- your choice of drill: breast pull w/free kick, breast pull w/dolphin kick, or 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke...
12 x 50 as follows:
odds are always kick (your choice of kick, on back, but it should be FAST)
evens are breaststroke drill/breaststroke swim, by 25's
1:00 rest
Review breaststroke kick on deck.
6 x 25 breaststroke kick-drop feet down to kick, then whip around
If there is time...
Work on STARTS from the blocks (or from the side of the block).
Do an excellent job on your HW tonight. Be sure to practice your breaststroke kick at home. See everybody on Wednesday, have a great day!
