400 reverse IM- each 100 is 50 drill, 25 fly kick on side, then last 25 is either fly pull w/free kick or breast pull w/free kick

1 x 150- drill/swim dps by 25's in M-R-S, NO FREE @ 2:45

3 x 25 @ :40 swim FAST, 1 each stroke or all 3 one stroke IM order by set (odd sets)
1 x 75 swim backstroke or IM, desc 1-3 to all out FAST (even sets) @ 1:30

1 x 150 swim backstroke all out FAST for time
