After warmup...
6 x 200 as follows:
odds-
3 x 25 choice drill @ :40 - all the same stroke
1 x 125 - 50 swim (same stroke as 25's drill), 50 fly kick on side, 25 skulling
:10 rest
evens-
kick negative split
:20 rest
After #6...
3 sets of:
9 x 50 swim free - 2 @ :50, 1 @ :40
1 x 250 pull free br 3/5/7/5/3 by 50's (one set can be with the snorkel if you'd like)
1:00 rest between sets, check HR after each set
With fins, finish up with...
24 x 25 @ :40 - the usual sets of 4
200 easy loosen = 5300 scy
