9 x 50 @ 1:00 - fist free drill, except every 3rd 50 is fly kick on side/choice drill NO FREE
3 x 150 @ 2:30 - 75 swim free, 50 choice fly drill, 25 kick on back
1 x 300 - 50 choice kick, 25 breast pull w/free kick
:20 rest
1 x 300 - 50 kick free on back, 25 swim breaststroke
:20 rest
1 x 300 - 50 2 fly/2 breast drill, 25 swim fly
1:00 rest
12 x 100 swim - 2 free br 3 @ 1:30, 1 swim backstroke @ 1:40
200 easy drill = 4400 scy
