400 swim free/400 reverse IM - each 100 is swim/drill/drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest
3 x 800 @ 1:00 rest as follows:
1- swim backstroke - head back, really roll hips & keep kick small & steady to maintain the tempo of the stroke
2- pull free br 3/5/7/9 by 50's - or with your snorkel - watch the front end of the stroke, roll hips to help finish stroke
3- kick on back - 100 free kick on back, 50 breast kick on side, 50 fly kck on side
1:00 rest - check HR
Until you have to get out...
Work on freestyle flip turns from the middle of the pool
