400 reverse IM - each 100 is 50 drill/kick by 25's IM order, then 50 breast drill
1:00 rest
12 x 50 as follows:
2- drill/swim @ :55
2- swim/kick @ :55 (2nd set of 4 @ :50, 3rd set of 4 @ :45)
3 sets of:
8 x 100 @ 1:30 as follows:
odds- swim/kick choice by 50's
evens - swim 125 free @ 1:30
6 x 100 swim free br 3 @ 1:15
1 x 400 swim free, desc 1-3 to something smoking FAST
1:00 rest between sets.
200 easy loosen after 3rd set = 7000 scy
