1 x 300 - 50 fist free br 3, 50 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke
:15 rest
1 x 300 - 50 offside breathing drill, 50 choice drill/swim breaststroke
:15 rest
8 x 25 breast pull w/free kick @ :35
6 x 150 swim @ :20 rest as follows:
50 swim backstroke - good kick on 2nd 25, 100 swim/drill breast by 25's
12 x 75 as follows:
2- swim free/NO FREE/free by 25's @ 1:05
1- swim free br 3 @ :55
Finish up with...
With fins:
16 x 25 @ :45
1- 1/2 FAST 1/2 easy;
2- swim build to FAST
3- all drill
4- swim all FAST
200 easy loosen = 4200 scy. Do an excellent job in school today, be careful getting around. Have a great day!
