Good job with yesterday's workout!
200 swim freeestyle with flip turns & tight streamlined pushoffs
100 reverse IM drill
1:00 rest
Review backstroke drill- 6 kicks 1 pull:
-head flat, hips up
-good hip rotation
-steady kick
-"thumbs out, pinkies in"
Kicking-
12 x 75 as follows (I will give each group their intervals):
2- 50 swim IM order by 25's, 25 kick FAST
2- kick IM order by 25's on back (25 of each, fly/breast/free)
3 times through
