2 x 150 @ :10 rest- 50 offside breathing free drill, 25 breast kick on back
4 x 50 ra2 la2 free drill @ 1:00
6 x 75 @ :10 rest- 50 choice backstroke drill, 25 fly kick on side
4 x 200 @ :20 rest- 100 swim backstroke, 100 drill/swim dps by 25 NO BACKSTROKE
6 x 125 @ 1:50 pull free w/paddles & buoy only, br 4/2 on last 50
1 x 800 as follows:
100- choice drill/swim dps by 25's
50 easy skulling
50 easy kick
1:00 rest
With fins:
24 x 25 @ :40 - the usual sets of 4
200 easy drill = 5100 scy
