EC - juicy 50's LCM yesterday!
After warmup...
14 x 50 @ :10 rest
odds- choice free drill
evens- 25 "blow it out the back" fly drill, 25 choice back or breast drill
2 x 150 @ :10 rest - 25 easy choice skulling, 50 offside breathing free drill
2 x 150 @ 2:15- free/IM order by 25's (free/fly, free/back, free/breast by 25's)
2 x 150 @ 2:05- 25 swim free, 50 swim backstroke w/moderate neg split
8 x 50 @ :45
2- swim free/NO FREE by 25's
2- swim/kick choice by 25's
1:00 rest, check HR immediately & OML
3 sets of:
6 x 125 swim free, br 4/2 on 3rd 25-
2 @ 1:30
1 @ 1:20
1 x 250 swim free - get time, desc 1-3 to what you can
:30 rest after each 250 (no more than that), check HR after each 250
200 drill after 3rd set = 6200 scy.
