3 x 100 swim/kick by 25's @ 1:45, desc 1-3 to something juicy
4 x 75 kick FAST @ 1:15 (@ 1:30 in 2nd set, @ 1:45 in 3rd set)
:30 extra rest after each set, then...
1 x 200 swim choice, neg split & descend 1-3 to something smoking FAST
1:00 rest between sets, check HR after each 200
