SMAC- Bronze I with MG

Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before they get in

8 x 25 @ :10 rest-
odds- ra2 la2 free drill
evens- 6 kicks 1 pull backstroke drill- roll hips & shoulders, keep head flat
1:00 rest, get fins

With fins...
FLY DRILLING
- sneak attack breathing drill
- sneak attack breathing drill with complete arm stroke
- 3 kicks 1 pull fly drill
- swim regular fly (go to fly pull with free kick if they aren't ready for full stroke fly
Take fins off.

KICKING:
With boards, work on breaststroke kick until workout is over ("up, out & around").

Everybody do a good job with your HW tonight, practice your breaststroke kick in the mirror at home & get excited for workout on Wednesday- more fly. Have a great day!
