evens- choice drill in 4th best stroke, NO FREE
12 x 150 as follows:
1- swim free br 3 @ 2:15
2- swim 50 free br 3, 25 back @ 2:15
3- swim 50 in 4th best stroke NO FREE, 25 kick choice on back @ 2:45
1:00 rest after #12, check HR
4 sets of:
1 x 200 kick neg split on back @ 3:45
3 x 50 kick @ 1:10 desc 1-3 to all out juicy FAST
No rest between sets, check HR after each set
