2- 50 fist free - feel water on forearm, 25 breast kick on back
2- 50 choice drill NO FREE, 25 fly kick on side
6 x 150 @ :10 rest as follows:
1- 25 choice free drill, 50 swim free - moderate kick on 2nd 25
2- drill/kick choice by 25's
3- swim backstroke, good breakouts throughout
12 x 50 @ :55
2- swim free - br 4/2 on 2nd 25
2- swim free/NO FREE by 25's OR drill/swim NO FREE by 25's
1:00 rest - check HR
With fins...
20 x 25 @ :45, in the usual sets of 4
200 easy drill = 3800 scy
