No rest between set; check HR after 2nd set, then...

2 x 200 swim free @ 2:25 - br 4/2 on 3rd 50
6 x 50 @ :45 as follows:
odds- moderate neg split free
evens- swim IM order by 25's - good turns

4 x 75 swim free @ :55 - br 4/2 on 2nd 25
2 x 200 swim free @ 2:20 - br 4/2 on 3rd 50
6 x 50 @ :45 as follows:
odds- strong negative split free
evens- swim IM order by 25's, build each 25 to strong
