8 x 50 @ :10 rest offside breathing drill
4 x 150 @ :10 rest - 75 drill/swim/drill back, 50 2 breast/2 fly drill, 25 easy skulling
6 x 25 @ :40 - 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke
6 x 25 @ :40 - breast kick on back w/good dolphin kick to the breakout
16 x 50 @ :55
2- pull free br 4/2 or w/snorkel
1- swim back/free
1- swim breast/free
200 easy drill = 3300 scy
