1 x 75 kick mod/strong/mod by 25's @ 1:20
6 x 100 @ 1:40 - 50 swim free br 4/2, 50 drill/swim by 25's NO FREE
1:00 rest - check HR
With snorkel...
1 x 600 pull free w/choice equipment
:30 rest - take snorkel off...
8 x 25 jungle sprints @ :35
1:00 rest - check HR
SPEEDSET: 16 x 50 @ 2:00 FAD
