After warmup...
3 sets of:
2 x 25 @ :35 - 1/2 swim FAST 1/2 drill
3 x 50 swim free @ :50 - 2nd set @ :45, 3rd set @ :40
No rest between sets, check HR after 3rd set

Your choice:
A)
1 easy, 1 FAST - you choose the distance...
50's @ 1:00
75's @ 1:30
100's @ 2:00
or...

B)
You chose the distance...
Desc 1-3 to FAST, then #4 is BROKEN
100 easy drill @ 2:00 between sets.

Not sure how many sets we can get in, we're just going to go until the tank is empty!
