Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before they get in!
DRILLS TO REVIEW:
- Fist freestyle drill (breathe every 3 strokes)
- 1/2 ra 1/2 la backstroke drill (head back, shoulder up by cheek as body rolls)
- 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke drill (head flat, looking down at the bottom of the pool after each stoke)
KICKING-
8 x 25 kick on back with 5 FAST underwater dolphin kicks off the wall
Break into two groups- one for flip turns & one for starts
Everybody do an excellent job with your HW tonight, remind your parents about the Mini-meet and practice your breaststroke kick in front of the big mirror at home. Have a great day!
